Lightforce Buildint Private Limited is right in the middle of the Madhuban Industrial Estate. If you know Andheri East, you know how hectic it gets around Mahakali Caves Road. Our unit is number 30. It’s not the biggest space, but it’s enough for what we do. We mostly deal with building materials and small-scale construction stuff. The industrial estate is always loud with trucks and people moving crates. It’s got that old-school Mumbai work energy. We’ve been here for a while. Usually, there’s a lot of shouting across the floor to get things moved, but that’s just how we operate. It's not a corporate office with glass walls. We have desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of filing cabinets. We focus on the practical side of building. When someone needs supplies or a small project managed, they come find us. The traffic around here is a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually stay late to let it clear out. It’s a gritty, honest way to make a living. We aren’t trying to change the world, just trying to make sure our clients get what they paid for on time. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but the core of the work stays the same. Just people building things and dealing with the daily grind of Mumbai life. Sometimes the rain leaks in a bit, but we just put a bucket down and keep on working.
