Lennox Exim India is over in Kalina, Santacruz East. Our office is 104 in the Jugal Jyoti building on CST Road. This part of Mumbai is always moving because of the proximity to the airport and all the cargo offices nearby. The street outside is always full of trucks and taxis, and the noise never really stops. Inside our office, it is a bit more controlled, but it is still a busy place. We do import and export work, which means we are constantly dealing with customs, shipping lines, and transport agents. The desks are usually covered in folders and stamps. It is not a glamorous job. There is a lot of waiting for approvals and chasing after people to get things moved. We have a small crew, and we have all been doing this for long enough to know the shortcuts and the common problems. We do not have any fancy furniture or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We just have a kettle and some local tea bags. When a shipment goes right, we are happy, and when there is a delay, we just stay late to fix it. It is a straightforward business without any fluff. We do not talk about vision or global reach. We just focus on getting the crates from one point to another without them getting stuck somewhere. It is mostly about phone calls and keeping track of the paperwork until the job is done.
