Lead Mines Media Llp operates out of Malad East. We are located in the Jai Santoshi Mata CHS, which is part of the larger Raheja Complex area. It’s a pretty standard residential-style setup in unit 104. Most people around here are just going about their daily lives, and we are doing the same. Getting to Ganesh Tekdi No. 2 can be a bit of a walk if you are coming from the station, but you get used to it. The Vamanrao Pai Road is usually busy with people heading home or to the local shops. Inside, the office is just a regular room with some desks and computers. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. We spend our hours looking at media projects and checking over details. Sometimes we go downstairs to the small shops in the complex for a break. It's not a loud place, which is nice when you need to focus on work. The building itself has been around for a while. We know the neighbors, and they know us. It’s a very local way of working. There isn't any corporate gloss here. We just handle the tasks as they come in and try to stay organized. It’s simple, and it works for us. The commute can be a bit of a pain in the rains, but that’s just Malad for you. We keep things grounded and just do the work. It takes time to build something, but we are here every day.
