We are based in the Alpine Industrial Estate on Military Road in Marol, Andheri East. Our unit is Gala Number 310, which you’ll find on the third floor. Industrial estates like this are always a bit noisy and busy, with trucks and vans moving in and out all day long. That’s just the way it is in this part of Mumbai. We work with food products here. It involves quite a bit of manual work, like moving stock around and making sure everything is stored the right way. The space we have isn't huge, so we have to use every bit of it. We’ve got some reliable people working with us who know how things should be done. We aren't a big brand with a massive marketing budget or anything like that. We just focus on getting the food to where it’s supposed to go. Sometimes the stairs are a real workout because the lift can be very slow when everyone is trying to move their goods at the same time. We’ve been in Marol for a good while now. It’s a decent location for getting around the city, even if the traffic on Military Road is a total mess sometimes. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. It’s a simple setup with no frills. We just make sure the quality is okay and the orders are correct. That’s plenty for us to handle on a daily basis.
