LAXMIDEVI PROPERTIES LLP

We've been working out of First Avenue Building for a while now. It's up on the fifth floor, Gala 502, right here in Malad West. Being in this part of Mumbai keeps us pretty busy. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and paperwork related to properties around the neighborhood. We aren't a huge team, just a few people trying to keep things organized. The office gets a bit noisy sometimes because of the traffic outside, but we've gotten used to it. Dealing with real estate stuff in Mumbai isn't always easy. There are always new rules or documents to track down. We spend most of our mornings checking through listings and talking to people who walk in. It’s practical work. Sometimes we’re out on-site looking at flats or plots, and other times we’re stuck at our desks in Malad. We don’t have any fancy speeches to give about what we do. It’s just property work, day in and day out. If you're looking for us, we’re usually here during normal business hours unless we’re stuck in traffic on the way to a meeting. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the last few years. More buildings are going up every month. We just try to stay on top of the local market and help out where it makes sense. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way.
