We are tucked away in Gala No 2, right across from Cresent Industrial Estate in Kanjurmarg East. It’s a bit of a maze back here in Mumbai, but we’ve managed to make it home. Being in the ceramics business means there is always dust somewhere and boxes piled up. We spend most of our time dealing with tiles and checking orders for people. The heat in Mumbai gets pretty bad in the warehouse during the summer months, but we just get on with it. We’ve been at this address for a bit now, and the neighbors are alright. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always noise from the trucks and the other units nearby. We don’t have a flashy showroom with bright lights. It’s just a practical space where we store things and handle the logistics. Dealing with ceramics requires a bit of patience because things can break if you’re not careful. We’ve got a small team that knows the routine. Sometimes the shipments are late or the rain makes things difficult, but that’s life in Kanjurmarg. We just try to keep things straightforward and get the orders out the door when they're supposed to go. It’s a lot of lifting and counting, honestly. Not much more to say than that. We’re just a local private limited company trying to keep the business running smoothly every day.
