Lara Restro Bar And Restaurant Private Limited

Our place is over in Powai, right on Central Avenue Road near the IIT campus. We're in the Valencia building, unit B/304. It's a decent spot, though the traffic near the IIT gates can be a real headache during the morning and evening rush. We run our restaurant and bar from this location. It takes a lot of coordination between the people in the kitchen and the staff out on the floor. We spend most of our time making sure the fridge is full and the drinks are cold enough. Running a bar is actually a lot harder than it looks. There’s always some machine breaking down or a delivery truck that’s stuck in traffic. We’ve got a small team here, mostly folks who live nearby. We try to keep the atmosphere pretty relaxed. We don't go for that super polished, high-end look you see in other parts of Mumbai. We’re more about having a place where people can just sit down and chill out for a bit. The building is easy to find once you’re on the main road. We’ve had some tough times, like during the heavy rains when nobody wants to leave their house. But we stay open and keep things going. It’s a private company, but it feels a lot more like a family business to us. We don't have any big speeches. We just serve food and drinks and try to pay our bills.
