La-Monnaie Skills Foundation

We have our setup in Ghatkopar West, right on LBS Marg. Specifically, we are in Orchard Residency, Tower 7, Flat 1001. It’s a high-rise building, so we get a decent view of the area from up here. Being on the 10th floor keeps us a bit away from the heavy traffic noise of LBS Marg, which is always packed. We focus on skills and training foundation work here. The office feels more like a home office since it's in a residential complex. We have some tables set up and a couple of computers. It’s a quiet environment for the most part. We spend our hours planning different training modules and talking to people about skill development. There isn't any corporate reception desk or anything like that. It’s just us working in a flat. The Elm part of the residency is well-maintained, and it's a comfortable place to spend the day. Usually, we are busy with spreadsheets or looking over documents. Sometimes we meet in the small kitchen area for a quick break. We like being in Ghatkopar because it’s central for many of us. There are plenty of places nearby to grab a snack if the day gets too long. It’s just a straightforward operation where we try to get things done without making it too complicated. We don't have fancy office meetings, just quick chats about what needs doing.
