Lal Tadka Food Centre Private Limited

Lal Tadka Food Centre Private Limited is our little company based out of Mayfair Greens. We are way up on the 25th floor in flat 2502. It's a high building near the Poisar Subway on Goandevi Road. Living and working this high up gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are just looking at our computers and paperwork. We focus on food, specifically the kind of stuff that people really want to eat. We started this because we saw a gap in the local market. It isn't a big industrial operation, just a small office where we plan everything out. Getting to the office involves waiting for the elevator quite a bit, especially during the rush hour when everyone is trying to get somewhere. The area around Poisar can get really crowded, so we try to time our errands for when it's a bit quieter. We aren't trying to be the biggest name in Mumbai, we just want to run a reliable food center. There are a few of us here and we do everything from accounting to talking to the delivery drivers. It’s a lot of juggling different tasks. Sometimes it feels like we are constantly playing catch-up, but that’s just how it goes when you’re starting out. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything, we just try to make sure the food we handle is good and that our partners are happy with us. It's just a regular job for us.
