Down in Vikhroli East, you’ll find us at Laalwadi Projects Llp. We are situated in Tagore Nagar, which is a busy residential pocket. Specifically, we’re in Sagar Co-Op Hsg. Soc., Group No. 2, at 296/3749. We are quite close to the Jama Masjid here, so that’s usually the landmark we tell people to look for. Vikhroli has a very local, grounded feel to it, and our office fits right in. We work on various projects around the city, but this is our base. The 400083 area is home to a lot of working-class families, and it’s a good place to be. We don't have some high-rise glass office. It’s a simple setup in a housing society. Our days are spent coordinating with laborers, checking on supplies, and keeping our project timelines in check. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the local market nearby, but we’re used to it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Mumbai. We just want to do decent work and keep things honest. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the sites.
