L Nagpal Builders Llp is located in Khar West. Our office is on the second floor of Swan View CHS Ltd, which is unit 201. We are on 14th Road, specifically at Plot No. 396. A good landmark for finding us is the IOB Bank, as we are right near it. Khar is a busy neighborhood but 14th Road is a bit easier to navigate than the main strips. We’ve been in this building for quite some time. We aren't a big, impersonal builder. It’s a family-run sort of feel here, even if we are an LLP. We spend our mornings coordinating with site managers and our afternoons dealing with the legal side of building. The office is pretty basic. We have some chairs, a few desks, and a lot of files from over the years. We don't believe in spending money on fancy furniture when we could be putting it into our projects. People around Khar know who we are. We don't do a lot of advertising because word travels fast in this part of Mumbai. If we do a good job, people tell their friends. We keep our talk simple and we don't make promises we can't keep. It’s a straightforward way of doing business that has worked for us so far. Being near the bank is convenient for our daily chores, and the building residents are good people. That’s our story in a nutshell, just a local builder trying to stay busy.
