Our office is number 307 inside Nirma Plaza, which is right in the Marol area of Andheri East. We are located across from Thakur Technology, so it’s a pretty easy place to find once you get into the building. It’s a busy place with a lot of other offices around us. We deal with land and trading, and our day is mostly spent on the phone or going through stacks of legal papers. The elevator in the building can be a bit slow in the mornings, but we don't mind the wait. It’s a simple setup we have here. We don't have any big slogans or a marketing department. It’s just a place where we sit down and get the job done. Marol is a hectic part of Mumbai, and there is always something going on outside. We get all sorts of people coming in, from business owners to regular folks looking for advice on a piece of land. We try to give them the facts as they are. Sometimes we stay late to finish up a trade or sort out a difficult document. It’s just the way it works for a small business like ours. We’ve been in Andheri for years and we’ve seen how much it has changed. We just keep doing our bit, day after day, and try to stay organized in the middle of all the city chaos.
