Our office is over in Borivali West, in a neighborhood called Chikuwadi. We are located in Shree Raj Laxmi CHS Ltd, specifically in room C-103. It’s a residential-cum-commercial building at 8 Padma Nagar. KSHITEEJ PROJECTS LLP has been working from here for a while. Borivali West is a busy area, but Chikuwadi has its own pace. The office is on the first floor, so we don't have to wait for the elevator much. It’s a small, simple space where we handle our day-to-day project tasks. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us who have been in the business for years. We spend a lot of our time on site, but this is where the planning happens. We have all our files and computers here in Mumbai-400092. The room can get a bit cluttered with samples and drawings, but we know where everything is. We don’t really go in for fancy marketing. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just knowing we are in the building. It’s a quiet enough spot to get work done, away from the main road noise. We like the area because it’s easy for our staff to get to. It’s just a normal office in a normal Mumbai building. We do our work and go home, simple as that. There are no corporate games here, just real people working on projects in Mumbai City.
