Our place is in the East West Industrial Center at Sakinaka. It’s Room 108 on A K Road. If you know Safeed Pool, you know it’s a busy hub. We have been here for a while, dealing with all sorts of infrastructure and construction needs. Being on Andheri Kurla Road means we are right in the thick of things. It’s a bit noisy and the air isn't always the freshest, but it’s where the work is. We handle a lot of different projects, some small and some a bit bigger. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporate firm. We are just a team trying to get through the daily list of jobs. Managing logistics in Mumbai is a challenge every single day. The elevator in the industrial center is always a bit slow, so we often take the stairs. We spend half our time on the phone and the other half looking at blueprints. The office is often full of samples and papers. We share the floor with a few other workshops, so there is always noise from tools. It’s a practical workspace, not a showroom. We know the local suppliers and the guys who get things moved. Most of our clients come from referrals. We don't do much advertising. We just believe in doing the job so people come back next time. It’s steady work and we like the rhythm of it. Sakinaka is a tough place to navigate, but it’s our home.
