You can find us on the fifth floor of the Gold Crest building along LBS Marg in Ghatkopar West. It is a very busy part of Mumbai, but that suits us just fine because there is always something happening right outside our window. Our office is in the A Wing, number 514. We spend most of our working hours here dealing with the construction and building side of the industry. It takes a lot of coordination between different teams and making sure materials show up exactly when they are supposed to. Ghatkopar is a good home base for us because it is central and easy to reach from almost any part of the city. We aren't really into big speeches or fancy corporate presentations. We just prefer to get the work finished. The office can get a little bit cramped when the whole team is in at the same time, but we managed to make it a comfortable place to work. Most of our day is taken up with phone calls or reviewing site reports that come in from the field. We have been in the buildcon business for a while now and we have learned that keeping things simple is usually the smartest way to go about things. Building in a city like Mumbai brings plenty of challenges, but we just deal with them one by one.
