Konkan N Sand Fine Dine Hotel Private Limited is located over in Vile Parle East in Mumbai. We’re in Anita Apts, specifically Flat No 11 on Hanuman X Road No 2. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes since we are operating out of a residential building, but that’s just how things are in this part of the city. Vile Parle is always buzzing, especially with the trains and the local markets nearby. You get used to the noise after a while, I guess. We deal with the fine dining and hotel side of things, but our office work is pretty standard. We’re not in one of those huge corporate parks; it’s more of a local feel here. Usually, the day starts with someone bringing in tea and then we just dive into whatever needs doing. There is always a lot of paperwork with hotels, and being in Mumbai City means there’s never a dull moment with regulations or just the general pace of life. We’ve been at this address for a bit now, and while Hanuman X Road can get crowded, it’s a good spot for us. It’s easy enough for people to find once they realize we’re in the apartments. We don't really do the whole big marketing thing, we just try to keep things moving and make sure our records are straight. It’s just us doing our thing in 400057.
