You can find us in Bhandup West, right on the busy LBS Road. Our office is in Building number 3 of the Kukreja Complex, which is across from the Jain Mandir. It is a landmark that almost everyone around here knows. Kokan Swad is our company, and we spend our time working on food products that remind us of the flavors we grew up with. The office is up on the fifth floor in H-501. It is a typical Mumbai office building where everyone is always in a hurry to catch a train or a bus. We have a small team of people who handle everything from finding ingredients to talking to shops. LBS Road is constantly loud with horns and heavy traffic, but once you are inside the complex, it gets a little quieter. We are not a big flashy company with a huge marketing budget or fancy cars. We just focus on the food and making sure it tastes right. Most of us have been working here for a while and we know the Bhandup area very well. We often go out for a quick tea at the stalls nearby during our afternoon breaks. We do not use big words or corporate talk to describe what we do. We just make food and try to do it the right way. The space is practical, filled with desks and a few chairs for visitors. We are just a local business trying to make a mark in the big city. It is a daily grind, but we like the energy.
