Koita Ventures Private Limited

Koita Ventures Private Limited is situated on the 2nd Floor of Kagawala House, at 175 Vidyanagari Marg. We are right in the Kalina area of Santacruz East. It’s an older building that has been around for quite a while, and we like the history of it. Our office isn't very large, but it’s where we do all our thinking and planning. We don't have any polished corporate speeches or a big PR department. It’s just us at Koita Ventures Private Limited doing our thing. Being in Santacruz East is great because it’s so central, though the traffic on Vidyanagari Marg can be a bit of a headache during rush hour. We have a few desks, some chairs, and plenty of coffee to keep us going. We’ve been at Kagawala House for some time now and it feels like home. We don't try to impress anyone with a fancy office layout. We’d rather just spend our energy on the actual work. Most days are pretty quiet inside the office, even if Kalina is buzzing outside. We are just a group of people who wanted to start something together, and Koita Ventures Private Limited is the result of that. We take things one day at a time and try to be honest about what we can do. It’s a practical way to run a business and it seems to work for us.
