Our office is tucked away in Khar West, right at the corner of 2nd and 4th Road. We’re in Balkrishna Nivas, room 105, inside the Ammore Commercial Premises. Khar is a great neighborhood, always lively and full of character, and we’ve been part of it for a long time. We work on developing properties around this side of town. It’s a lot of hard work, from talking to architects to making sure the foundation is poured correctly on a Tuesday morning. We aren't one of those huge developers you see on big billboards. We’re a smaller outfit, which means we’re actually involved in the day-to-day work on the ground. Our office is usually full of people coming and going, mostly contractors or folks from the neighborhood asking questions. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon to explain what we do. We just build and develop things that people need. Sometimes we run into issues with old buildings or really tight spaces, which is typical for Khar West, but we’ve gotten pretty good at solving those problems. It’s honest, local work. It feels good to see the projects we finish, even if they aren't the biggest buildings in Mumbai. We’ve built a life and a business here and we plan to keep doing this for a long time.
