KMS BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED has its office over in Malad West, specifically at 202, B Wing, Meenakshi CHS Ltd on Marve Road. We are located right opposite the HDFC Bank, which makes it easy for people to find us when they are coming for the first time. Malad is a crowded place, especially along Marve Road, so there is never a dull moment outside our windows. The office is inside a cooperative housing society, so it has a very community-oriented feel to it. It’s not a sleek glass tower, just a regular building where people live and work side by side. We have our desks and some filing cabinets, and maybe a few samples of tiles or bricks lying around the floor. We spend a lot of our time going back and forth between the office and various project locations in the western suburbs. Dealing with the local authorities and keeping the paperwork in order takes up a good chunk of our day. We are a small group and we’ve worked together for years, so we know each other's habits pretty well. There’s no corporate hierarchy here; we all just pitch in and do what needs to be done. Whether it’s answering the phone or going out to check a delivery, everyone helps out. It’s a simple, local way of doing business, and it keeps us grounded in the reality of the construction world.
