We've been at Shop No. 3 in Mahmaud Chawl for a while now. It's right near the Choube office on the Goregaon Mulund Link Road here in Malad East. Dealing with medicine and supplies keeps us pretty busy every day. The shop isn't huge, but we keep things organized so people can get what they need without waiting too long. Sometimes the traffic outside on the link road gets pretty loud, but we just get on with our work. It’s a family-run kind of setup, really. My cousin helps out when things get hectic. We handle the paperwork, stock the shelves, and talk to the distributors who drop by. Living and working in Malad East means we know a lot of the faces that walk through the door. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that, just a practical space where we handle the pharmaceutical side of things. We usually open up early and stay until the evening. Most days are about checking inventory and making sure the orders are right. If someone calls asking about a specific item, we just check the back room and let them know. It’s a straightforward job, nothing too complicated. We just focus on getting the medicines out to where they belong. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint maybe, but for now, it works fine for what we do. It is just our way of making a living in this busy part of town.
