Kishaa Estates Private Limited

Kishaa Estates Private Limited is based out of Goregaon West in Mumbai. Our office is A-402 in the Snehdeep CHS building. It’s right on M.G. Road. If you know the area, you probably know the Sabri Hotel; we are directly opposite that place. It’s a very busy spot. There’s always people walking by and cars honking. We’ve been operating from here for a while now. The office is just a standard setup with some desks and a lot of folders. Dealing with estates in a city like Mumbai is always a bit of a challenge because everything moves so fast. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or talking to people who drop by the building. Being in the 400104 pin code means we are right in the thick of things in the western suburbs. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up waiting around a lot. We just try to get through the work that comes in each morning. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day paperwork and managing whatever needs to be done for the properties. It isn't a huge operation, just a handful of us working together. We try to stay organized, but with so much going on in Goregaon, it gets hectic. That is just how it is working in this part of Maharashtra. We’re usually here from morning until the evening, just keeping things moving as best as we can.
