We are Kiran Infra Developers Llp, based out of Andheri East. Our office is in Pushpanjali CHS Ltd, specifically Flat No 401 on Plot No 50. If you know the area, we’re right opposite Tarun Bharat Society. Andheri is always a bit of a mess with the traffic and the metro construction, but it’s where everything happens. Being in a residential building like this keeps things quiet enough to actually get some work done. We handle infrastructure and development projects. It’s mostly about planning and making sure things are built right. The 400099 area is quite a hub for businesses like ours. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s a small, dedicated team. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, just like anywhere else. We don't put on airs here. It’s just an office where we track our projects. You won't find any corporate jargon on our walls. We just focus on the sites we’re developing. Dealing with the Mumbai City climate and the logistics of Andheri is a full-time job in itself. We like being part of this neighborhood. It’s practical and it’s where we’ve set down our roots.
