You can find us at the Evershine Mall in Malad West. We are in unit G-16, right on the Link Road. It’s a very busy spot, especially on the weekends when everyone comes out to shop and eat. Kgvr Restaurants Private Limited is the company name on all our documents. We chose this location because the Link Road is such a major artery for this part of Mumbai. There is always movement outside. Inside the mall, it’s a bit different. You have the sound of the crowds and the music playing from the speakers. Our space is where we manage several different aspects of the restaurant business. It’s not just about one kitchen; we handle the planning and the logistics from here too. The office can get a bit cluttered with menus, sample containers, and staff schedules pinned to the walls. We’ve been here for a bit now and have seen the mall change quite a lot. Some shops come and go, but we have stayed put in our corner. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the pace of Malad. People here expect things to be quick. We aren't a giant chain with hundreds of locations. We are just a small team trying to make sure everything runs smoothly every day. Sometimes we grab a quick lunch from one of the other stalls nearby when we are too busy to cook for ourselves. The mall security guys are helpful if we need anything.
