KEYS BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED

We are set up on the second floor of Krishna Kunj, which is on V M Road in the JVPD area of Vile Parle West. It’s a nice part of Mumbai, a bit quieter than the main highway but still plenty of activity. Keys Buildcon is the name we go by. We’ve been working out of room 202 for some time now. Building in Mumbai is always a challenge because there’s hardly any land left, so most of what we do involves redeveloping or fixing up what’s already there. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's a small crew and we handle the daily grind ourselves. The office is usually cluttered with blueprints and site reports. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll likely find us on the phone with contractors or checking on material deliveries. Vile Parle is a good base for us. It’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure the buildings we work on stay standing for a long time. There's always some permit or another to worry about, but that's just part of the construction life in India. We take it one day at a time and try to stay honest about what can be done. It's just us doing our job.
