Our office for Kenny 23 Developers Llp is in Room 03 of Kashi Bhuvan. It’s located in Dahanukar Wadi, right on Mahavirchandavarkar Road in Kandivali West. A good landmark is the ice cream shop nearby, which we probably visit more than we should. Kashi Bhuvan is an older style building, and our room is just a basic setup. It’s not one of those modern glass offices. We have some wooden desks, a few filing cabinets that are starting to get full, and a ceiling fan that hums a bit too loud. We’ve been working out of here for some time now. It’s a tight-knit neighborhood, and we know many of the shop owners on the street. Our day usually involves a lot of phone calls and looking over site plans. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We aren't interested in being the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job well and keep things moving. The street outside is always busy with people and scooters, which makes it feel lively. Sometimes it’s a bit hard to find a place to park, but that’s Kandivali for you. We keep the door open mostly to let some air in. It’s a very simple, honest way to run a business. Just us in Room 03, getting through the daily tasks and making sure the projects stay on schedule.
