We are KBYARDS Developers Private Limited and you can find us at D-5 in SVP Nagar, Versova. We’ve been operating out of Plot No 74 for a while now. Being in Andheri, specifically near Veera Desai Road, means there is always noise and movement around. Our office is in the Shivnerico building, which is part of the MHADA layout. It’s a real neighborhood feel here. We handle property development, which mostly means a lot of meetings, phone calls, and sorting out various permits. It’s a lot of running around, to be honest. Some days I feel like I spend more time in traffic on the way to sites than actually working, but that is just Mumbai for you. We don’t have a flashy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It is just a working office with some desks and a lot of folders. We know the Versova area inside out. We see the same faces at the local tea stall every morning. The work is steady, and we just take it as it comes. Sometimes things go smooth, other times there are hiccups with the contractors, but we just deal with it. It’s a local operation and we prefer keeping things straightforward. No big promises, just the daily grind of trying to get projects finished in this crowded city.
