Kbk Management Solutions Private Limited is located at the Meghal Service Industrial Estate in Mulund, Mumbai. We are in Unit 29. It’s an industrial area, so there are a lot of trucks and workers around all the time. Our office is tucked away in the estate. Management solutions for different clients take up our schedule. This usually means a lot of planning and looking at how things are run. It’s not always exciting work, but it’s important. We have a small team here. We aren't one of those big firms with a skyscraper office. We like the industrial vibe because it feels more like real work is happening. The office can get a bit warm in the afternoons. We just turn on the fans and keep going. Computers and quick chats about current projects are where our time goes. Sometimes we go out to visit client sites in other parts of Mumbai. Dealing with traffic is the worst part of the day. But coming back to the office in Mulund is always nice. We’ve been here long enough to know the local tea stall owner and the other people in the building. It’s a good community. We don't have any fancy brochures. People usually find us through word of mouth. It's a plain office but we get a lot of work done here. Every day we just show up and do what needs to be managed for the day.
