Kayath Constructions Llp

Kayath Constructions Llp is based out of Plot No.17 in Sterling Chsbhawani Nagar. We are up in Flat No. 18 in Building No. 4. It is a bit of a walk up if you aren't used to it, but Marol is a busy place to be. This part of Andheri East always has something going on. Our spot is right on M M Road. Most days here start with the usual sounds of the neighborhood waking up. It is not a fancy corporate setup or anything. Just some desks and chairs in a flat where we get our work done. Sometimes the traffic on M M Road gets a bit loud, especially in the afternoons. We have been in this building for a while now. Sterling Chsbhawani Nagar has a lot of families around, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office building. We spend most of our time looking at plans and talking to people who drop by the flat. It gets quite warm in the summers here, so we keep the windows open mostly. Being in Marol means we are close to a lot of other businesses too. It is a practical location for what we do. We don't really have a big sign outside or anything flashy. Just the address on Plot No.17. Most people find us just fine. It is a simple life here in Andheri East, keeping things moving from Building No. 4.
