Kaskal Facade 1 Private Limited is located on the Andheri Link Road. Our office is B-206 on the 2nd floor of Kotia Nirman. It’s right opposite the Laxmi Industrial Estate, which is a huge landmark in this part of Mumbai. If you’ve ever been on the Link Road, you know how hectic it gets. Being right across from the industrial estate means there is always something happening outside. Our space is a standard office unit. It’s filled with drawings, technical manuals, and probably too many empty tea cups. We don't have a fancy reception area or someone to open the door for you. You just walk in and find us working. The 2nd floor is busy with other small businesses too, so there’s a lot of coming and going. We focus on facade work, which means we spend a lot of time thinking about how buildings look from the outside. But inside our office, it’s all about the details and making sure the plans are solid. We aren't a corporate giant; we are just a group of people who know how to handle these types of projects. Kotia Nirman isn't the newest building on the block, but it’s sturdy and it works for what we need. We keep things straightforward and don't use a lot of big words to describe our day-to-day. Most of the time, we're just trying to get the next set of drawings out before the deadline hits.
