Our place is in Hub Town Solaris, right in the middle of Andheri. It’s always crowded around here. Getting to work through the N.S. Phadke Road traffic is a challenge every single morning. We are on the first floor, in office 102. Most days it’s just the sound of keyboards clicking and phone calls. We deal with real estate and land stuff under the Kartikeya name. It’s a busy environment because Andheri never really stops. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we sit and handle the legal side of things and the property paperwork. Sometimes we take a break and go down for a quick snack because there are plenty of spots around. It’s a lot of coordination between the field guys and those of us in the office. If the lift is slow, we just take the stairs since it's only one flight up. We’ve had some long nights here when deadlines for projects get close. It gets noisy outside with the trains and cars, but you get used to it after a week or two. We've been operating out of this Saiwadi area for a while now and know the neighborhood well enough. It’s practical for us being near the station. Just a bunch of us trying to keep things moving. We don't really do big meetings. It's mostly just quick chats by the desk to see where we are at with things.
