KARA PROPERTIES LLP

Kara Properties LLP is based out of the Shanti Nagar Co-Op Industrial Estate in Vakola, Santacruz East. We are on the first floor, in unit F-1. The industrial estate is a busy place with lots of different small companies and workshops all around us. There’s always the sound of trucks and people moving goods throughout the day. Our office is a practical workspace, not a fancy showroom. We have several desks and a lot of metal cabinets where we keep our files. It can get a bit dusty because of the industrial nature of the area, so we spend some time every morning cleaning up. We’ve been in this location in 400055 for quite some time. It’s a good spot for us because it’s easy to reach. We don’t have any corporate mission statements or anything like that. We just focus on the work that needs to be finished. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and sorting through property papers. We take our tea breaks together at the small shop downstairs. It’s a very local environment where people know each other’s names. The office is where we handle all the nitty-gritty details of our property business. It’s a simple setup that works for our needs. We try to stay organized despite the constant flow of paperwork. It’s just a group of us working hard in a busy part of Mumbai City, keeping things moving as best as we can every single day.
