We are located on St. Alexius Road, right opposite Guru Nanak Road in Bandra West. Our place is called Flamingo, and we are at number 6. Kapcon Realty Llp is the name of our business. Bandra West is a place where there is always something happening, but our street is a little bit tucked away from the main chaos. It’s a nice enough area to be in. The office itself is just a regular room where we handle our business. We don't have fancy branding or big posters on the walls. It’s just a practical space for us to work. We’ve been in Flamingo for a while and we like the vibe of the neighborhood. You see people walking their dogs or heading to the shops nearby. It doesn't feel like a cold business district at all. We just come in every morning, have our tea, and start on whatever is on the list for the day. There's no big corporate hierarchy here. We just work together to keep things moving along. Sometimes the traffic on Guru Nanak Road gets backed up, but we just watch it from the window. It’s a simple life for us here. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the most famous. We just want to do our work quietly and stay part of the community. It’s a good spot and we’re happy to be here. We like the trees that line the road nearby, they provide a bit of shade on hot days.
