If you go to Kranti Nagar in Kandivali East and head toward Gate No. 5, you will find us at Hanuman Chawl. We are KANDVILI URBAN NIDHI LIMITED. Working out of a chawl means we are right in the thick of everything. There is always someone walking by, kids playing outside, and neighbors chatting. Our office is small and functional. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s mostly just a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit on while we go through their paperwork. Living and working in Mumbai City, especially in a place like Kandivali, means you have to be practical. We don't waste time with fancy talk or long meetings. People come in, tell us what they need, and we see what we can do to help them out with their money. It’s a very local vibe. We know most of the families around here by their first names. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when three or four people come in at once, but we make it work. We aren't some distant company; we are right here in the middle of the neighborhood. We keep the books updated, handle the deposits, and try to make sure everyone leaves feeling like they were heard. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation for us, nothing more and nothing less.
