We are located on the 10th floor of the 215 Atrium building in Andheri East. It’s a busy spot near Acme Plaza and right across from the old Sangam Cinema. If you’ve ever been on M.V. Road, you know the traffic can be a nightmare, but being up on the 10th floor gives us a bit of a view over the Mulgoan area. We work on realty projects, which basically means a lot of meetings about land, buildings, and future developments. Even though the building looks a bit modern, our day-to-day is pretty standard. We’re mostly on the phone, looking at maps, or stuck in meetings about city permits. Andheri is the heart of a lot of construction in Mumbai, so we’re right in the middle of it. We don't really go for the high-pressure sales stuff. We just look at what’s available and try to figure out what makes sense for the next project. The office is usually full of coffee cups and stacks of paper. It’s not always organized perfectly, but we know where everything is. We have people coming in and out all day, from architects to lawyers. It’s a fast-paced environment, but we try to keep it friendly and straightforward. We’ve been in this Mumbai City-400069 area for a while, so we’ve seen how the skyline keeps changing. We’re just one part of that whole process, working away from our desks.
