Kanakia Forte Construction Private Limited is located on the 10th floor of 215 Atrium. This is at Sub Plota, Cts-215-A in Mulgoan, which is on M.V. Road in Andheri East. We are near Acme Plaza and right opposite the Sangam Cinema. It’s a very well-known spot in Mumbai. Being on the 10th floor means we have to take the lift every time, which can be a wait during lunch hours. The area is always packed with people going to the cinema or the offices nearby. Even though we are in a bigger building, we don't act like a huge corporate machine. We are just a group of people working on construction projects. Our office is full of files and samples of materials. Andheri East is the hub for this kind of work in Mumbai. We see the metro passing by and the traffic on M.V. Road never really stops. We’ve been at this address for a while now. It’s a convenient place for meetings since everyone knows where Sangam Cinema is. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out at different sites across the city. Construction is a messy business, but we try to keep the office somewhat tidy.
