We are located on the 10th floor of the 215 Atrium building, which is right in the heart of Andheri East. Kanakia Elegant Home Developers Private Limited shares this space in the Mulgoan area, near the Sangam cinema and Acme Plaza. It’s a very busy part of Mumbai, and honestly, the commute to M.V. Road can be pretty draining. Our office is where all the planning for our home projects happens. It’s full of blueprints, site reports, and plenty of empty coffee cups. We don't spend much time making the office look like a showroom because we are too busy actually working on the developments. It’s a bit of a maze in this building sometimes, but we’ve been here long enough to know our way around. The 10th floor gives us a bit of a break from the street noise, though you can still hear the city humming away down there. We are just a bunch of regular people who know a lot about building homes. There’s no corporate fluff here, just practical talk about budgets and timelines. We do our best to stay on top of things, even when the Mumbai rains try to slow everything down. It’s just a standard office where we get through the daily tasks and try to build something decent for people. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just building houses. That’s the reality of it. We are just getting by here.
