We are located in Mulund West, right on LBS Marg at The Corporate Centre. Our office is unit 1001, which is part of the Nirmal Lifestyle complex. It’s a huge place and can be a bit confusing to navigate if you aren’t used to it. Kamrich And Sons Properties India Llp is basically a small team of us handling various property matters across Mumbai. We’ve been based here for a good amount of time. It’s not all fancy meetings and polished presentations. A lot of what we do is just the boring stuff like checking titles, making sure the math is right, and sitting in traffic to go see sites. The view from the tenth floor is decent, but we spend most of our time looking at computer screens and documents anyway. We aren't interested in using a bunch of marketing buzzwords. We just do the work that comes our way. The building has a lot of other businesses too, so there’s always people moving about. Sometimes the elevators are a real pain during lunch hour, but that’s just life in a big city building. We’ve seen Mulund change quite a bit since we started, and we’re just a small part of how things are growing here. We keep our operations pretty simple and don’t go in for anything too corporate. It’s just a regular office where we try to be as straightforward as possible.
