KAMPURA CONSTRUCTION INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is located in Goregaon East. Our office is Flat No 14/106 in Unnat Nagar -3, right on M.G. Road. It’s a pretty well-known road in this part of Mumbai, and it stays busy from morning until late at night. We’ve been working out of this flat for a while. It’s where we handle the management side of our construction projects. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby. It's just a regular door that leads to our workspace. Inside, it’s mostly just us, our computers, and stacks of site reports. We do construction work all over, but Goregaon is our home. M.G. Road can be a bit of a nightmare for parking, but we like the energy of the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and making sure our labor teams have what they need. It’s a lot of coordination. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India; we just want to do our jobs well. Sometimes the monsoon rains slow us down, or there’s a delay with a delivery, but we just keep pushing through. We aren't into slick marketing or big promises. We just focus on the plans and the bricks. That’s what we do every day here in Unnat Nagar. It is hard work, but someone has to do it. We stay busy.
