We are located in Khar West, right on 15th Road. Kakar-Sayed Advisory Enterprises Private is on the ground floor of Dara House, in the Lamp Block No.9. The building is also known for H R Films. It's a pretty well-known spot in this part of Mumbai. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to find us. We handle various advisory tasks for different people. The office isn't very big, but it’s packed with books and files. Mumbai 400052 is a busy place, and there’s always noise from the street, but we’re used to it by now. We aren't a big corporate firm with a lot of rules. We’re just a small group of people working together. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves. It’s hard work, but we enjoy it. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. It's just desks, chairs, and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. We don't spend money on fancy ads. Most of our work comes from people we already know. We like being in Khar because of all the energy around here. There’s always somewhere to get a bite to eat or run an errand. We just keep our heads down and focus on what needs to be done. It’s a decent way to spend the day.
