KAIZEN BUILCON LLP

Kaizen Builcon LLP is tucked away on Station Road in Malad West. We are in room number 36 at Mukta Bag, which is right near the local fish market. If you know the area, you know it smells like salt and fish and is always crowded with people rushing to the station. It’s a loud, lively place to have an office. We spend our days here surrounded by the sounds of the trains and the market sellers. Our work is all about building things, and this office is where we handle the logistical side of it. It’s a small space, filled with rolls of paper and samples of tiles or stone. We aren’t a big company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group that knows the Mumbai construction scene. We deal with the local authorities, talk to the suppliers, and spend a lot of time on site making sure things are moving. The station being so close is handy for getting around, but it means there is never a quiet moment. We don’t mind the noise, though. It keeps us moving. We don’t do anything fancy with our words. We just tell it like it is. Building in Mumbai is tough with the space and the rules, but we’ve been doing it long enough to know the ropes. We just get on with it and try to finish our work.
