If you head down to Andheri West, specifically off Veera Desai Road, you’ll find us at Shah Industrial Estate. We are in unit number 5. This part of Mumbai is always buzzing, especially with all the media and lifestyle offices around here. Ka Lifestyle Ventures is our little corner of that world. We moved into the estate because it’s central and everyone knows where Veera Desai is. The space is practical, nothing too over-the-top. We have some desks, some storage, and a lot of coffee cups. Most of us here have been in the lifestyle business for a few years, so we’ve seen how things change. We don't follow a strict corporate manual. Usually, we just talk through what needs to happen and get on with it. Sometimes the neighbors in the industrial estate are loud, but that’s just life in a 400053 zip code. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and looking at new ideas. It's not always easy, especially when the Mumbai rains hit and the roads get flooded, but we make it work. We like being in this part of town because there’s always something happening right outside the door. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. We're just a small team trying to stay busy and do something we actually like. It’s a bit chaotic at times, but we wouldn’t have it any other way because it keeps us on our toes.
