K MORDANI CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED has its office at 105 Balkrishna Nivas. It’s situated between 2nd and 4th Road in the Ammore Comm Premises CHS in Khar West. Khar is a busy area, so there’s always noise and movement outside. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us working through schedules and dealing with vendors. We’ve been in the construction game for a bit. It’s not always easy, especially with all the regulations and the constant changes in material costs. We just try to keep things moving forward. Our team is small, but we know what we’re doing. You’ll usually see stacks of drawings and a few hard hats lying around the place. We do a lot of site visits because you can’t really run a construction company from behind a desk all day. People stop by to talk about their projects or to settle some accounts. We don't have a flashy sign or anything, just a name on the door. It’s a practical workspace for practical people. Most of the time, we’re focusing on the technical side of things, making sure the structural stuff is solid. We've had our share of long nights when deadlines are close. That's just the nature of the work. We're used to it by now. The neighborhood knows us, and we know them. It’s a simple setup that works for what we need to do. We usually wrap things up by seven or eight at night.
