It’s a busy part of Mumbai, so there’s always something going on outside our door. We’ve been working in the real estate and development side of things for a while now. Most of what we do involves looking at properties and seeing what can be built or fixed up in the local area. It’s a lot of running around between different sites and the office. We don’t really go in for those big corporate setups. It’s more about being on the ground and knowing what’s happening in Mulund. Dealing with the paperwork and the city rules takes up a lot of our time, but that’s just part of the job here in Mumbai. We try to keep things simple. If there's a project to be done, we get the right people together and start working. Sometimes the monsoon slows us down, or traffic makes everything take twice as long, but we’re used to it by now. Sharda Kutir is a well-known spot, so it’s easy for folks to drop by if they need to talk to us about a project or a piece of land. We aren't doing anything flashy, just the day-to-day work of developing and managing real estate around here. It keeps us on our toes and the days go by fast.
