You can find Jwd Realty Llp on the ground floor of a building on S.V. Road in Borivali West. Specifically, we are in Office No.5/A at Dattani Nagar, No.2. S.V. Road is always incredibly busy, so there is a constant hum of traffic and people outside our windows. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just step in off the street if they have a question about a property. The office isn't very large, but we have managed to fit everything we need into the space. We have been working out of this spot in Mumbai for a while now. The walls are covered with some old maps and a calendar that we use to keep track of appointments. It gets pretty hectic during the monsoon when the rain hammers down on the road, but we stay dry inside. We spend our hours talking to landlords, checking out new flats, and filling out forms for the municipal office. There is always someone coming or going, whether it is a courier or a client looking for a place to rent. Borivali is a crowded neighborhood, so there is never a dull moment. We just try to stay organized with our files and make sure we answer the phone whenever it rings. It is a straightforward operation here at Dattani Nagar. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to help people find what they are looking for in this part of the city. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused throughout the day and the nearby station is always loud.
