JVAS INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located in Andheri East, at office 507 in the New Hari Om (SRA) CHS building. It is Building No 4 in the Ambewadi area of Mogra Village. The street is R.K. Singh Marg. JVAS Infra Private Limited is basically run by a few of us here. The building is part of a busy community, and our office is right in the middle of it all. It’s a typical workspace for this part of Mumbai. We have desks, some computers, and a lot of files related to our infra work. It’s not a fancy place, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at documents. Being in Mogra Village means we are close to a lot of other small businesses. The noise from R.K. Singh Marg is something we hear all day, but you get used to it. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just handle the projects as they come in. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess with all the papers, but that just means we are busy. We take our tea breaks at the little stalls nearby. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't use much marketing talk because we don't really need to. People know where we are if they need to talk to us about a job. It is just a simple, practical office where we put in our hours and try to keep things moving forward every day.
