We are Jv Realtors Llp and you can find us at Number 1 in the Vithal CHS building. We are located on Hanuman Road in Vile Parle East. One of the main things about our spot is how close it is to the Western Express Highway. You can almost hear the traffic from here most of the day. It is a busy part of Vile Parle but we like it because it is so easy to get onto the main road and go wherever we need to. The office is part of a regular cooperative housing society, so it feels very much like a local neighborhood place. We aren't in a big commercial park or anything like that. It is just a simple ground floor unit where we keep our files and meet people. Hanuman Road has its own life with small shops and people walking by all the time. We have our desks set up and we just spend the day working through property details and talking to folks. It can get a bit crowded when we have a lot of paperwork to go through, but we manage. Being in Vile Parle East is good because it is a very established area. We know the people around here and the other shop owners too. It is just a practical place for us to run the business without any extra fuss or unnecessary stuff.
