You can find us in the Everest Classic building on Linking Road in Khar West. We are up on the third floor in room 301. Being in Mumbai means everything is always fast and a bit chaotic. Jumani Landmarks Llp is our little corner in this big city. Linking Road is always packed with people shopping and cars honking, so it’s never quiet around here. Our office is where we handle all the property stuff. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who know the Mumbai market pretty well. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and checking legal papers. It’s tedious work but someone has to do it. We don't have a glossy brochure or a polished sales pitch. We just talk to people like normal human beings. Sometimes things go wrong with a project and we have to scramble to fix it. That’s just how it is in construction and real estate. We’ve been in Khar for a while now and we like the neighborhood. There are some good places to grab lunch nearby, which is a plus. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We’re just a local business trying to do things the right way. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, especially with the Mumbai traffic. Every day brings a new challenge to solve, but we just keep at it. Working in Khar is interesting because you never know who you will meet.
