If you head over to Santacruz West, you'll find us at Flat 102 in the Panaroma Premises building. Jsa Project Advisory Services Private is located right on J M Road, which is always busy with people and cars going by. The building is one of those older Cooperative Housing Society types, so it has a bit of character to it. We like being in this part of Mumbai because everything is so close, even if the noise can be a bit much sometimes. Our office is basically just a few rooms filled with project files and drawing boards. It’s not a corporate showroom; it’s a place where we actually sit down and get the work done. The furniture is a bit mismatched, but it’s comfortable enough for a full day of meetings and planning. We spend a lot of time looking over advisory documents and talking to clients on the phone. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling sound, but we’ve gotten used to it. At Jsa Project Advisory Services Private, we don't bother with a lot of marketing talk or trying to sound bigger than we are. We are just a small team working out of Santacruz. The tea guy from across the street brings us our morning chai, and that’s usually the highlight of our start to the day. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we have everyone in for a meeting, but we manage.
