Our office is tucked away in the Aston Tower, which is part of the Sundervan Complex over on Lokhandwala Road. We are up on the twelfth floor in unit 1205. If you’ve ever been to this part of Mumbai, you know how hectic the traffic can get near Lokhandwala. It’s a lively neighborhood with people always walking around and new shops opening up every other month. We’ve been operating from this spot for some time now, focusing on the estates and properties around this side of town. The view from the window is mostly other tall buildings and a bit of the street below. Inside, the office is pretty simple. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of files. Most of our day is spent making calls and trying to coordinate between different parties. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. Sometimes we grab lunch at one of the small places nearby when we aren't too swamped with work. People stop by to ask about rentals or prices in the complex. We try to give them straight answers without making things complicated. It’s just how we run things here. No big corporate vibes, just a local team doing what they know. The lift in the building is usually slow, so we tell people to give themselves an extra five minutes when they come to visit us.
